Do you need HVAC repair and are you trying to get quotes? Stop, your search is over. When my AC stopped working, I spoke with several companies and received numerous quotes. RMR came out on top for several reasons. First, they actually answered the phone. No messaging service. No AI assistant. A real person on the other end of the line. Second, they don't charge to come out and take a look. I had a technician on-site less than two hours after I called. When they arrived, they did a top-to-bottom inspection, and ran diagnostics to pinpoint exactly what component failed. No guesswork. They were polite, professional, and provided several different solutions with detailed quotes for each. No pressure, just facts and straight-to-the-point transparent communication. RMR did a great job installing our new HVAC system. They were quick to come provide a proposal. Prices are fair and reasonable. The installation techs were prompt, professional and did quality work. We will use them for any future work needed. Highly recommend!

My repairman Josh was very nice and professional and explained what he was doing. I called because my a/c was blowing hot air and about an hour later my hero Josh appeared , with in an hour or so he was done and I’m already more comfortable. Would gladly recommend them and will use them again but hopefully not too soon🤗🤣

I reached out to RMR for a mini split replacement estimate. Ty was very friendly, professional, and spent a lot of time analyzing the home. He was very kind answering all my questions. They were able to install the new unit within a few days. On the day of installation three gentlemen arrived, (Ty, Josh, & Harrison) and got right to work. They were very professional and thoughtful.
